They are all so sweet. So gentle with kids and so informative. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist for my kids!!!
Poor customer service, been going here for years. My appointment was rescheduled after the receptionist couldn't call and confirm my coverage. Kept saying "if your children are covered' I guess because they aren't listed on my card there was doubt. I ensured her their coverage, she still wanted to reschedule instead of continuing to go back and forth in the lobby in front of others I agreed. 20 minutes later I received a text that I had been canceled. My granddaughter was from out of town and for reasons her mom couldn’t take her to a dentist . They cared more about her teeth and got her teeth fixed while she was in town . I have never seen a dentist office care more about the patients than them . Thanks so much !!
This was our first time back since they moved locations and holy smokes! The new location is so much more bright and airy. Has a playroom that has educational games for the kids on two small monitors and then a TV that also has additional educational games and coloring pages which my two year-old loved. They also have tactical type toys as well. The staff is very friendly and the patient area is amazing!
