We had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 and called ahead to let the office know we would be running late. The front desk told us as long as we were here by 11:40, we’d be fine. We walked in prior to 11:40, but when we went to check in we were told we couldn’t be seen because “the back staff” claimed we arrived at 11:42. That is completely false.
