Trent, Josh & Ben went above and beyond and then some to help me purchase a new custom hat for my husband! They worked with me with every aspect, helped me upgrade, fitted the hat to perfection for my very particular husband, and were just amazing! My husband LOVES his new 20Beaver Cattleman in black and even uses the cedar block for his old hat on occasion. He couldn't wait to show it off to his friends and family. You are all so wonderful! Trent came out to Stages West in Pigeon Forge, TN on a trip and we custom fitted my fiance for a hat that was to be his surprise wedding gift. He JUST got it 2 weeks ago and LOVES it.
