I have never been able to wear a cowboy hat for extended periods of time due to migraines and head pain which was a MAJOR problem as an avid horse enthusiast and competitor. Sad to pay $1000 for a PURE BEAVER hat and it isn't holding to promise...

I'm sorry that I was not able to find a solution to the small white ring on the outside of the brim of the Natural hat. There is no dye in a Natural hat and my felt maker said he was unable to determine the cause because there is no dye. I'd love the opportunity to discuss further at your convenience.
I just ordered my third hat from GHW. What keeps me coming back? It's the exceptional customer service provided by Trent Johnson and Co. I'm a nobody compared to the stars and celebrities who are among the clientele at GHW, but Trent still treats me like I'm one of his most valued customers.
