Very disappointed. As a return customer I went in to get a prescription redone that I never used. I only dealt with the staff. They wanted me to schedule an exam... for eye drops. Money and time I don't have.
Terrible service, I've been waiting for over 15 minutes and no one is helping me. Pésimo servicio, eh estado esperando por más de 15 minutos y nadie me atiende
Overall the service has been excellent from the staff to Dr Lopez. They go above and beyond to make the patient comfortable for a person who has extreme anxiety this is very important and being able to say I love this place is a huge thing. I highly recommend ♥️
Went in for a new prescription then realized the Dr was doing a full medical exam. Told her I only wanted a prescription. 6 months later I start getting bills in the mail for full medical exam. Watch yourself going here.
Dr Lopez is very kind and knowledgeable. The front desk staff is AWFUL. I don’t have words for how rude, self-righteous and nasty they are. I dread walking in there because they’re miserable to deal with. Shame because otherwise it’s great. Will be looking elsewhere.
