In May I choose Dr. Lopez, She is kind and seems like a good eye doctor. On the other hand her reception and I have a problem to solve an overcharged. Sense than I talk with my insurance policy coverage , now aware of my eye coverage. This person refuse to give me the billing number so we can resolve this issue, because of this I rated Dr. Anna Lopez 1 star. Times are hard and people need all my or their
Trying to find an eye doctor for my kiddo. I am not sure if everyone is just sick of answering the phones for the day or what but whoever answered was SO rude and could not be bothered. They randomly put me on hold when I was getting the insurance and then they hung up on me. When you’re trying to find care for your kiddo the last place you want them to be is around people who clearly hate their job. Sorry it’s towards the end of the day but kindness goes a long way.

No, I would not recommend Greeley Eye Doctors on 10th st.. The staff was far from being freindly. To be honest the receptionist was actully rude. And the doctor was freindly but rushed and did the minimal. I have been to a lot of eye doctor's in my life time and this has been the worst exame I've ever had. Now I have to go pay for another doctor to perform an exame but this time the insurance will not cover it so it'll have to be out pocket cost. So "No" I do not recommend them.
