Needed new glasses and had been there before, Dr Ana Lopez is a good eye doctor but I also needed a percription for eye drops , it never made it to my pharmacy and 4- days later they were telling me I needed pre approval from my insurance, that is a bunch of crap, you show your percription insurance card to the pharmacy not the eye doctor,so I just said I would get eye drops over the counter won't be going back for follow up or anything else
Very disappointed. As a return customer I went in to get a prescription redone that I never used. I only dealt with the staff. They wanted me to schedule an exam... for eye drops. Money and time I don't have.
Terrible service, I've been waiting for over 15 minutes and no one is helping me. Pésimo servicio, eh estado esperando por más de 15 minutos y nadie me atiende
Overall the service has been excellent from the staff to Dr Lopez. They go above and beyond to make the patient comfortable for a person who has extreme anxiety this is very important and being able to say I love this place is a huge thing. I highly recommend ♥️
