Great attitude and very honest and open with all questions and fixed my issue within minutes as to taking months and trying to just do surgery I am very pleased
If I could give less stars I would. This doctor cares about no one but himself. In a time of need, DO NOT count on him to be there you listen. Because he will refuse. I needed help post operatively, and he was the only person to help me he refused to talk to me directly. I was in a 10 out of 10 pain, and he could care less. He should be investigated. Probably more worried about his own sleep than take a call to help a patient. If that is how he acts on call, why have him?
I came to seek answers about shoulder pain and reduced mobility. Dr Grebner knew exactly what the problem was and gave me a cortisone shot to hopefully remedy the problem. I felt better later that day!
He is great! Did one knee now he is doing the other.
Dr. Smalley reviewed the MRI for my shoulder and was very detailed in explaining my issues and going over a plan of action which includes surgery and rehab. I know others that have had successful shoulder surgery with Dr. Smalley so I look forward to the surgery and getting rid of the pain.
I am returning to Dr Ballard for a knee replacement after he performed a hip replacement five years ago. I trust him implicitly.Besides his great ability as an orthopedic surgeon, he is the most caring physician I have known
In 2008 Hodges performed a spinal fusion on L5 S1. I didn't realise what pain was till after surgery. Post surgery back pain increased and continues to this day, 17 years ago. Now I have this intense screaming, literally, nerve pain in both feet, try that for 17 years. Both feet are numb and the left one drops which makes getting around hard. Dr Smith was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He greeted me with a smile and when he started my exam I could tell that he actually looked over my paperwork instead of walking in and asking me what the problem was. He took the time to do the exam before he made the diagnosis. No hesitation in recommending him. Thank you Dr. Smith
