I have had 14 knee surgeries and Dr Ballard has done all of them except the first three! I will never let anyone else do my knee surgeries! He started out as just my Dr but has become a family friend!
Dr Ballard is so nice. Such a friendly person. Wish all the doctors in the practice could be like him.
Dr. Smalley is not only an amazing surgeon but also has a great bedside manner. Having those two qualities is very rare these days. Dr. Smalley and his staff treat you like a human being from the minute you walk in the door. I will admit, he’s a busy man but well worth the wait. I would trust no one else to work on my shoulders. He is a wizard!
My Mom originally saw him for her knees. He replaced both of her's about 11 and 10 years ago. So when I needed a referral for hip replacement from the Dr in the same practice as him, I instantly asked for Dr Ballard since my Mom had him for her knees. He is very kind, and knows what he is doing. So I'm very fortunate that he's doing my hip replacements. But he let me know what he needed to do to get it done.
He explained everything from the surgery to the recovery to the physical therapy very thorough. And the whole team was very helpful and supportive

Dr Smith was friendly and very knowledgeable and the staff were always friendly with me. Dr Smith did surgery on my trigger finger and the outcome was very good. We had tried other treatments but in the end this was the best solution. He’s a very good doctor and I would recommend him if you’re having trouble with your hands.
Dr Smile is a caring professional and helps calm you when the needle goes in your hand
