Dr. Ballard has done both of my knee replacements. The first six years ago and the second about six weeks ago.There was no question in my mind about who I wanted to perform this second surgery. I had complete confidence and faith in him and wasn’t the least bit nervous about either surgery. I did great both times and recovered quickly with minimal pain. He’s very kind and compassionate. I would surely recommend him to anyone.
Dr Mastey is very talented as a surgeon, yet he's not quick to go there. He performed surgery on my shoulder after an accident and I regained 100 percent use of that shoulder. He will always be my first call if an orhtopedic surgical need arises.As a Doctor, I find him very knowledgeable, honest and easy to talk to. Dr Ballard is the most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! He was gentle and explained my surgery and put my mind at ease. From the office staff to the nurses they are all on top of things! Felt very cared for and my feelings were always validated! I was never made to feel like I was a problem! Dr Ballard also prayed with me before my surgery and he gives the best hugs! Every Doctor should have his beside manner.
Dr. Ballard is very easy to talk to. He answered any questions that I had. His staff and he are very helpful and understanding.

I was so impressed with the office staff and how quickly my information was entered and I was taken back to a room.Everyone was so nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable.Dr. Mastey was very thorough and explained my problem and available solutions.I trusted what he told me and I definitely trust his medical advice, but his manner and attention to my concerns were also extremely important to me!I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Smalley was prompt and friendly. He was very professional, and he listened intently to me as I explained my condition. He performed a thorough exam and explained in detail his prognosis based on his exam and X-ray. He offered a plan of action to alleviate my pain which included an injection, physical therapy, and a follow-up appointment.
