The whole company was very professional from start to finish. Alexander was amazing. Gave us two quotes that were very reasonable. He started working on the project and discovered more issues that needed to be addressed. A leaning vent stack became full replacement because it was falling apart. Alexander explained everything and showed pictures of the issues as he discovered them. He worked all day making sure the issue was fixed correctly. I would definitely use this company for plumbing issues moving forward.

I highly recommend Greater works plumbing ! They were quick to respond and arrive, and the technician was efficient in fixing the issue. What impressed me most was how good they were at communicating—they explained the problem clearly and kept me updated throughout everything. A genuinely smooth, five-star experience from start to finish

I could not be happier! They showed up in 15 minutes from calling, fixed everything at a lower price point than expected, and helped me sort out some other plumbing issues at no extra cost. Both techs were also super nice and answered all of my questions, and cleaned up at no charge! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Update: I’ve now hired them for sewer work, valve replacement, and a few more myriad things (old house in a city with an old water system), and they’re fast, kind, and so reasonably priced.
