Seeing these comments I don’t know who you all are seeing, but the receptionists are nice and the doctors and nurses are great they have helped me in so many ways and still are great team.

To address a lot of the other comments and my own experience. One, I am a obese. These this staff looks at me and treats me as a human with pain that needs support. They listen they are kind. Personally I don't like pain meds and they focused on long term resolution not short term. I have only done 9am appointments for reference. The first visit, SUCKS. There is not denying that. Dr. Baxter, Dr. Li and especially Dr Hall, have been amazing, compassionate, informative and have done a great job working to fix me. I know we are not quite done, but Thank You does not seem to be enough but it's the only words I have. Even the nursing staff has been pretty good. A few hiccups with paperwork, but we worked through it. In my opinion Greater Texas Orthopedics is a rare 5 star group in a mostly mediocre medical world.

This is the most shady, unprofessional medical office I have ever been to. The TV in the waiting is extra loud, which is overstimulating for an already injured body and I was then told by the very rude manager that my husband couldn't go with me into the doc office, but never gave me a reason why. I walked out. I got all kinds of creepy, shady, medical malpractice vibes from this place.

Awesome group of people. I was told I could use uber after my procedure but their was obviously a miscommunication on that. Office manager listened to my situation and was very understanding. She personally took me back to where I was staying making sure I got inside safely. I cant thank her enough.
