Before going there, I called their office and asked about their office hours, she told me that you can come before 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:10pm but there door was closed, after multiple nocks, a lady come out and unprofessionally yelled at me and asked do you have an emergency? I told no! I come to visit the doctor but she told angrily that everybody left early today and she was RUDE and told me that come back tomorrow. I asked about a manager number or something but she ignored me! Muy mala oficina,no atienden las llamadas,y cuando contestan te dejan en espera.los doctores muy profesionales me gusta la atención que le ponen a los niños. Deberían de llamarles la atención alas recepcionista q sean más amables y más atentas alas llamadas.
Very bad and unprofessional receptionist. She didn’t respect anyone. Her attitude is very rude. Don’t take your kids to there.
Please don’t take your kids to this office, the receptionist don’t know a bit of respect for the patient.
