Matt thoroughly inspected the chimney and took the time to explain what was good and a few issues. There was no sales pitch. I opted to have the chimney cleaned and Matt was immaculate about it. His rate was reasonable (I'd called around). In addition, Matt was respectful and kind to my 84 year old Dad. I feel safe with the chimney having been inspected and cleaned by Matt.
