Have used Greater Pitt Tree service in the past and was extremely happy with their service. The ladies ( Stephanie and Sharon ) at the office were very helpful with scheduling my appointment . The Salesman Jim was very pleasant to work with and was very knowledgeable and through ,explained everything that was being done on my property. I used Greater Pitt Tree Service for removal of a diseased Elm tree on June 12, 2026. I contacted them last fall 2025 to assess the tree’s health which is when I met the company’s arborist Troy Lampenfeld. He attempted to salvage the tree which had some sort of fungal disease with a root excavation and maybe some soil treatment . Unfortunately with the bad winter and a late spring frost the tree did not survive. I called Troy back to reassess in early June 2026 and we decided to proceed with removal.
