I went to this chiropractor about 2 years ago and still think about how great the experience was. They were very professional, took the time to really understand my pain, and made me feel comfortable from the start. The treatments helped so much, and I noticed a real difference!
I love John. He is always so upbeat and always makes me feel better after a visit. His whole staff is amazing!
It’s no surprise to receive poor to mediocre customer service out of Philadelphia, I had a very disappointing experience. The customer service representative was rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they were disrespectful and unhelpful. I believe customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, even when issues arise. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that standard.
Dr John is amazing I got in a car accident and was told to go see him and he fixed me up im starting to feel better thanks to him. He truly cares for his patients . Hes really skilled at his profession highly recommended here
