They are husband and wife and graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry together. Dr. Tara is from Baton Rouge but most of her family live in Algiers and Gretna. RecommendedThis was my 2nd visit. I was doing a follow up and it was just as amazing as my first visit. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. I have never been happier. I use to go the the (owl place) and now I know what REAL eye care is all about. If your not going to GNO Eyecare you’re missing out. I’m blessed to have found the best!

Great Staff, Great Customer Service is KEY
Had a big issue. Not even a few hours later I was contacted by the Eye doctor to resolve the issue. He apologized, explained where things went wrong with my in office experience and has gone above and beyond to make things right. I appreciate that in a business and will be back!
Just moved to Marrero and was worried about finding an eye doc who was knowledgeable about my congenital eye problems. Dr Wilhite is amazing. He took the time to give me further info about dealing with my condition that even specialists hadn’t given me. Office staff and front desk people are friendly and helpful. So glad my son recommended him

Amazing service from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you walk out! The entire staff is professional and extremely helpful as well. I drive from the Northshore to go to this office, that should say something about the staff and doctor. A+
