We apologize in advance for any inconvenience but due to staffing and patient numbers there are times when we have no other option but to stop checking in new patients. This is not an easy decision but is done for both provider and patient safety.

Used to be a great facility, however not so much nowadays. Arrived there at 4:00pm on Monday was told they were not taking any more patients, even though they’re supposedly open until 10:30, according to yellow pages, wrong. Arrived at 1:00pm Tuesday only to be turned away again saying they’ve reached their capacity for the day. I mean, what?? Apparently there’s more sick people…
I have personally been the patient on two occasions and have received excellent and professional care with excellent results on both occasions. I have also been in with family members who have received the same professional and caring service. I highly recommend this business.

Awesome staff! Everyone from the time I entered until the time I walked out made me feel like I truly mattered to them. Great facility and very clean! I visited the urgent care at Schillinger rd. location this morning for the first time due to cough and body pain. I truly can't say enough positive things about Greater Mobile Urgent Care. The stuffs and doctors were kind and professionals. What I really liked about the place was timing. Less than an hour I was out. I will surely visit again. Thank you urgent care...you guys are the best

We have to visit often, and because it's so close that makes it even better. There are 4 doctors we have seen there and all three were just so personable and so caring. Each were very knowledgeable of the different issues we were in there for at different times. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone!

We were in and out in a matter of 20-30 minutes!. The doctors are fantastic with a wonderful bedside manner. The clinic is beautiful. They even filled our prescription in the clinic so we didn't have to stop anywhere else with our sick child. Thanks Greater Mobile Urgent Care!
