This is the most incompetent office I have ever come across. The woman at the front desk was polite, but the lady sitting behind her, Tina, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I tried calling the office several times to schedule an appointment, but no one answered the phone. Since I couldn’t reach anyone, I walked in to make an appointment with the doctor. Staff was professional. Came in with my step-son, we were in and out. Doctor was caring and explained things well. He got a lollipop, would recommend :)
Worst experience ever. Made an appointment 2 weeks out, ended up getting called to reschedule because the doctor wasnt going to be there. Got rescheduled for the following week, just to end up getting called again to reschedule. This time around, I asked them if they could guarantee me the doctor was going to be there because I need this medical form as soon as possible. They said the doctor will be there for sure!!! Well guess what I got called again a week later to tell me doctor wont be there!!! And thats how they wasted ... read more
This is the most incompetent office I have come across The women in the front answer the phone say you're scheduled for an appointment and never put you in the schedule to see the Dr Or the schedule you to come in at a certain time only to get there and the office is closed! This ha happened more than one to me. I'm transferring my records out of here and never returning.
