Autumn Lee which I found out is not even a certified counselor at Greater Lakes I believe it was back in 2018 anyway I had told her gave her all the information she needed told her that I saw a child being yanked yelled at up from his arm I reported this to her she called me back and told me that she could not report this or send out the police because her supervisor told her she wasn't allowed to report child abuse when I thought a counselor could do a better job of reporting it since that is their part of their job she cal... read more

I would give zero Stars Spanaway Greater Lakes my counselor was Autumn Lee. My son and I happened to be sitting watching television one evening he went to listen to his voice mail he had his phone on speaker when I heard autumn Lee leaving my son a voicemail for him to call her back she had no right to call my son I never gave any permission verbally or written permission for her to call any family member this is breaking HIPAA laws I was very upset shocked and wondered why Autumn Lee would be leaving my son a voicemail for ... read more

I've been going to Greater Lakes for about 3 years my counselor at Greater Lakes but they give gave her a written permission to speak to my doctors I was trying to get off the medication the doctors would not help me I was looking for new doctors I called my counselor and told her I'd probably have to get off the medication myself she told me that was a great idea instead of calling my doctors are helping me it's getting off medication could be really dangerous has also hearing voices they were telling me to do self harm and... read more

I'm being forced to give 1 star, when they deserve negative stars. I told my 'theripist', Jennifer Fama, something personal and she immediately twisted it against me and called me a liar. She was never sincere even once, and showed little reaction to anything. She defends child/adult abusers and rapists, while calling their victims liars. The 'doctor' I saw also called me a liar. My son's school told me that a counselor from GLMH worked with them to counsel kids in school so I went to GLMH for an assessment. Turns out they don't even have that counselor on file because their system wasn't updated? Not acceptable. I was first irritated by the question of what ethnicity did my son identify with.
