Greater Lakes Mental Health I have called and tried to make several complaints with upper management and supervisors this has been going on for about a year my first call was to my counselors Autumn Lee supervisor in Spanaway I left her a voicemail she never got back to me so I called the main office in Lakewood when I spoke with a supervisor in Lakewood and I told her that I had told CSO and what it happened which was very devastating to me what my counselor now my ex counselor Autumn Lee had done to me the supervisor at Lakewood it was no longer interested in my complaint or helping me she was only interested and continue to repeat cso knows she repeated that several times to me and she quickly wanted to get off the phone just about a month ago I had also now spoke with Heather Marshall she told me she would get back with me she is also with Greater Lakes Mental Health Care she never did get back with me they leave me no alternative this issue needed to be addressed it was devastating and caused me more harm so I have called the Better Business Bureau and I will be writing a letter to the Better Business Bureau and Greater Lakes Mental Health Care I would absolutely give no stars and I would recommend and tell everyone please see to seek Mental Health Care elsewhere I would never tell anyone to seek help at Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare it is cost me more harm devastated my life so I would never ever recommend anyone to go to go to Greater Lakes Mental Health Care they are inappropriate and can cause more harm to their client by telling him to do things that are not healthy for that it could have cost me my life

Counselor Autumn Lee from Greater Lakes Mental Health Care telling me that Community Healthcare cause me to hear voices and I'd only telling me to talk to these voices you're naughty and harmful to me which she knows they're not in harmful to me because I have shared that with her Autumn Lee telling me my friend Jerry Wilkerson is backhandedly helping me. And now the voices are telling me that Jerry and his cousin who is an FBI agent I trying to poison me and that the voices want me dead and they want me to kill the voices of also said they were going to kill my salf

Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare Autumn Lee counselor who works for Greater Lakes mental health care in Spanaway who also works one day weekends at Lakewood Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare and she also gives out into the field. Autumn Lee telling me telling me and she is blaming and accusing Community Health Care putting me in a, camutoes psychosis and this is why I was hearing voices I did tell Autumn Lee but the voices were naughty and harmful she told me to speak to these voice causing more harm then Autumn Lee telling me that she was going to come out for a home visit which she never did Autumn Lee said she would call me back Autumn Lee never did call me back to let me know when she was going to be coming out.Autumn Lee neverdid came out to my home .Autumn Lee called my son leaving him a voicemail to call her back I would have really liked to know why she left him a voicemail which I overheard her voicemail to my son. Everyone that I tell this to assumes it was because she was worried about me. Anyway I left a phone call for autumn Lee telling her I was no longer going to secret counseling or go to Greater Lakes Mental Health Care so then she called me back saying she would like to help me find and seek other counseling however I did not feel the need to call her back I could go through my provider and find counseling just like I did when I found Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare. The next day Autumn Lee sent out a police officer to my home he asked me to call her back and he left me with the impression that she told him that I was to speak to my counselor daily because that's what he said to me he asked me was I supposed to have contact with my counselor daily which I told him no however I did call Autumn back she was not worried about me one bit all she wanted to do was talk about helping me find new counseling then I did ask her why she sent the police officer out to my home she said it was state law counseling they must send out an officer to the home Ben Autumn Lee told me to take a few months off of counseling because it has been very hard for me so then she sent me my clothes out papers stating that I was going to live a long help happy life well now sounds very contradicting to me if she is so worried about me then why is she calling my son and calling out the police officer and if she is so worried about me why didn't she show up like she said she was going to for a home visit and why did she tell me to take a few months off of counseling and why am I close out papers did she say I was going to live a long happy healthy life if she was so worried about sounds like a bunch of Lies contradicting and that she is manipulating not only me but others and while we were in counseling I'd only said shape who cares about a line within a lie showing that she does not care about Eli and what's in a lie so is she lying to me and to others and is she lying on me to others as well. And when calling Greater Lakes Mental Health care about my complaints no one ever called me back all they were interested in knowing is who I told about the situation with Autumn Lee and then they quickly wanted to get off the phone with me

I want people to know what happened to me so it does not happen to them Autumn Lee at Greater Lakes tell me it was and blamed community health care for me hearing these voices I told her that they were naughty and causing me harm the voices I only told me to go ahead and speak to the voices they told me they were going to kill me they told me that I had no right to it up for me to kill myself and do self harm torturing me for the last almost 19 months on a daily basis being tormented by the voices I did try to harm myself and I tried to attempt to kill myself at least five times now Autumn Leaves telling me to speak to these harmful voices who would of been held responsible if I had successfully taking my life due to the voices or would they just blame it on my post medic stress disorder and depression and the counselors they told me to speak to the voices wishing you were harming me telling me to speak to these voices witchy be held accountable Henry blaming Community Health Care would anyone be held accountable for these naughty voices telling me to kill myself but they just simply blame it on my post neck stress disorder and depression

Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare Spanaway a pierce counselor asked me if I wanted her and if I wanted to bring in my birth certificate for her to hold on to it for me to keep it safe that doesn't that sound a little funny I have never needed anyone else to take care of my birth certificate my driver's license or my social security card or my personal papers now why do they want my personal papers and my birth certificate

Autumn Lee Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare she is now living in my head rent-free just like my ex-husband who used to abuse me even tried killing me he is as a pathological liar. Autumn Lee when we were in session said to me who cares about a lie and who cares about what's in a lie Shana. Anyway I had an appointment at Community Health Care started hearing voices Autumn Lee said it was due to and blaming Community Healthcare she was blaming because of their bad and ill-treatment of me and that's why I started hearing voices I did tell Autumn Lee these voices were not in harmful he told me to go ahead and speak to these voices the voices were telling me they're going to kill me they told me everyone hated me and my children hated me and I had no right to live and for me to kill myself the voice is also said they had permission from Autumn Lee to do this to me because it was deep counseling and that it would that this would either help me or destroy my brain but it was a chance to stay were willing to take. I woke up from a nightmare the voices were talking to Autumn Lee in the nightmare I was half awake and half asleep the voices told me to get a gun and a knife and they were laughing at me telling me to kill myself the voices then we're speaking to Autumn Lee the voices asking Autumn Lee can we put Shana into a cammutoe psychosis as the voices were telling me to get a knife and a gun and laughing and telling me to kill myself the voices said we didn't do this Autumn but can we put her into but Shana thanks that we are laughing at her and telling her to get a knife and a gun and kill herself Autumn Lee could we have put Shana into a cammutoe psychosis Autumn Lee reply was I don't know maybe then she said yes. So please be careful when seeking out counseling they can do more harm than good. What the voices taunting me threatening me causing me harm and not a minute of my own thoughts they were hounding me continuously Talkin at me it's enough to drive someone crazy made me forgetful I almost had a couple of fires I forgetting my food. Also while I was cooking in the voices terrorizing me I cut off the tip of my finger just a small piece. Almost caused me to have five accidents because they were terrorizing me while I was driving. Due to the voices terrorizing me telling me to kill myself and to harm myself I harmed myself a couple of times and I could have lost my life at least five times so please be careful when choosing a counselor make sure they are certified counselors please interview them know your rights and please be careful when speaking counseling who provides services I would never recommend Greater Lakes Mental Health Care to anyone.

Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare Autumn Lee telling me to speak to these deadly voices causing me harm I told her they were naughty anyway she told me to speak to them anyway as a voices are torturing me and I'm having an issue with breathing and I am using an over-the-counter product to help me breathe because I couldn't get a doctor to take my breathing issue that I was having seriously and would not provide any help anyway now I am under a new doctor's care which I have received better medication anyway at the time I only was telling me to speak to these voices I was under a breathing attack the voices were attacking me putting me and sending me into a panic making it more difficult for me to breathe. Cousin me Harmon more problems telling me to speak to these voices inappropriate advice from a counselor Autumn Lee also said while we were in also said who cares about a lying what's in a lie also inappropriate behavior from a counselor also blaming others inappropriate behavior from a counselor Greater Lakes Mental Healthcare not taking these issues seriously I have called to make my complaints.

Autumn Lee the counselor from Greater Lakes Mental Health Care telling me to speak to these voices the voice is torturing me telling me that my mother was murdered who I was very close to my mother my son Ryan was burned in a terrible accident we almost lost him he almost lost his life four times the voice is torturing me over my sounds terrible burn accident Autumn Lee telling me to talk to these harmful deadly voices I knew doctors and counselors telling me and now they're watching me very close because I'd only telling me to talk to these voices could go into schizophrenic paranoia this is the harm that she left me with and now that I have to deal with this
