Terrible service
Just wanted to make potential home buyers aware that this builder does not honor warranty issues. I have lived in this house for nearly two years with the same problem and Castlerock’s solution was to not address the problem any further. The hot water in the master bath shower turns cold after a few minutes. This issue has been address by both the warranty plumber and Rheem and since they have been unable to find the problem, the issue has been closed. I would never buy another house by this builder.
