I'm so disappointed, I moved out of Studio 51 in 2026 and left the apartment spotless and undamaged, which I documented with a complete walkthrough video. My $950 security deposit was not returned within 30 days, and I received no damage breakdown, itemized deductions, or written explanation for withholding it. You will come into your home and there will be maintanence people in it or they will be showing the home with no notice. You will not get your security deposit back and you will not get an explanation from them. It will be impossible to get in contact with them. I am considering litigation and I highly recommend you do not rent with them.
We are also in the same position totally ghosted. No responses back to emails or voicemails. We are also owed our deposit back. Will be sending demand letter shortly then small claims court here we come. For anyone who looks at this in the future, know that there is another LLC and address where to file your law suites under.
Wonderful lease company. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and the maintenance workers and the bug man all seem to be very nice and safe to be around. The leasing agent is pretty quick to respond. Very friendly guy. Fast forward...after a couple years of positive results, we have yet to receive our security dep..I've been told it was already mailed out, yet never received and finally they've stopped responding. We're having to take legal action.
