The state of the property that I moved into is absolutely disgusting. Every single door, trim, and ceiling is covered in visable grime. The company did replace a few rooms of hardwood, yet they were absolutely disgusting upon move in. The hardwood that they did not replace is so caked in dirt that I mopped JUST the living room for a full TWO HOURS and the mop water was STILL dark brown. Unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful. Don’t ghost people after scheduling a tour with them. You should probably also learn how to write a proper email — or at least get the address right for the place you’re trying to lease. An absolute carnival of a property management company.
Wonderful lease company. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and the maintenance workers and the bug man all seem to be very nice and safe to be around. The leasing agent is pretty quick to respond. Very friendly guy.
I have been calling and emailing these people for the past month. I have gotten 0 reply. I have called 10 times, left multiple voicemails, emailed THREE TIMES, and even did a rental application to get their attention and nothing back. I would really appreciate SOME sort of reply back. Simply commenting “sorry to hear that we are working on this issue” will not suffice. I need an actual response back. You have like 5 properties i’m interested in.
