I got a root canal last year, and signed a document saying I only had to pay $3xx.00, which was paid at the appt. Now they have sent me to collections for almost $1k additional that I never (or should have) received a bill for.

I’ve been treated by both Dr. Madsen and Dr. Facer. Both experiences have been better than I ever expected. They both took the time to explain all options in detail before proceeding and made sure I was comfortable with all decisions. I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone I know!

OMGOSH! Coming from a patient that is literally terrified of ANYthing related to dentistry ... I could not give a better review of my experience. Dr. Facer has been amazing! I work part time and go to school and of course when an abscess came up in my future the financial part of it scared me but he was so honest and worked with me and everyone on his staff were fantastic! I don't wish for another abscess but I would work with Dr. Facer and his team again any day! Oh and it was not even painful. I felt very comfortable through the whole procedure! I was in need of an emergency root canal. These guys stayed late and got me in on a Friday. The office is beautiful with some of the newest technologies available. I woke up without any soreness. I would strongly recommend these guys.
