Its a bad place tttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt
They suck. I've had over 10 case workers since I been going 2004. Case workers forget to pick u up for appointments. Several of them are racist. The procrastinate on getting you help with getting a therapist they refuse to give u info on programs that help you with food and electricity. The whole building has a bed bug and it does not help that they spray every week. High turnover in case managers. You will wait until 3 for your 1pm visit. Rant over. .
This is the best care I have recieved, and I've been with GCB since 2012. The case management is excellent! Helpful, caring, genuine, loving, 5 stars! GCB has helped me become who I am today.
I've been with GCB since 2000 when it was called Queen City Case Management and I have always been treated with respect and dignity.
I go here for my mental health issues i like my case manager and the groups i go to in the welcome center i miss my old case manager tho Bruna
I think the GCBH is a good place for people who don't know where to go, what to do, etc. They provide services & assistance to people that really need it. I think their service could be better if each case manager didn't have such large case loads & could dedicate more time to each individual person. But all in all a great place to receive help from!
