Lab personnel at Clermont County Recovery Center have been given access to the facility EMR (electronic medical records). There is absolutely no reason an assistant lab technician should have full access to the facility EMR. These assistant lab technicians have access to all personal information including doctor and nurse medical notes (and they are reading them). I've been going for several years now and I am getting great help at the Madison road office. I've had several Case manager which has been a bit annoying for me because I have to get used to a new person. I'm really missing my last Case manager Stephanie Smith, but so far Ali Smith is pretty nice. I'm not so happy with the Wellness center though. But overall, I still give GCBHS on Madison road a 5.
