Very energetic, dedicated and friendly staff, welcome me with a warm welcome each time I visit from out of town. .
This is a real gym with a good variety of equipment for all body parts. Dumbbells all the way up to 195. Staff that is friendly and they have a protein bar with a big selection of pre and post workout drinks and shakes. The hours are fantastic and the members are serious and dedicated and you can sense the respect everyone has for each other no matter what level they are at or what their goals may be. The price is great too. It's so awesome to be able to go to a gym the way it should be. Good job
