The Chamber of Commerce does an excellent job. It also has an excellent opportunity to periodically remind its members on how businesses should properly display and/or fly the U.S. Flag. Furthermore, it can remind its members that the American Legion, the Military, and other organizations periodically conduct proper flag burning ceremonies for American Flags that are no longer in proper condition. To highlight one point, if the United States Flag is flown after dusk / evening, there needs to be proper lighting on it.
