I'm a home owner that never received a call back from this company after reading the reviews I'm glad they didn't call me back.
I am a renter and the property management has been horrific. They do not want to help you out no matter the situation you’re in. I called about my house literally flooding and I was unable to turn the water off in one shower and they were very delayed in their response. I also had a roach infestation. I mean “infestation”, not a few roaches which are normal in Georgia. Bob Allen and Greater Athens Properties are deceitful and simply dishonest. If you own a property it would be in your best interest to steer completely clear of this “business”. Not only do they lie to home owners, but they also lie to renters. The “managers” that work there are rude and unprofessional. If you are looking for someone to break a property management agreement and try to cover it up with lies, this is the business for you. Consumers BEWARE!
I am a home owner. I trusted them to manage my house ,instead, they rented my house to someone who left my house infested with roaches. Roaches were also inside the stove that was impossible to reach so I had to buy a new one. After almost 6 weeks since they move out , I am still dealing with this infestation. This tenant was a smoker also even though it is a violation of the lease.
