Cody and his team did an amazing job for us. He was actually the agent for the people who bought my house. After seeing how he handled things on that end I knew he’d have our best interest covered when we were ready to buy. He was also very helpful after closing, recommending contractors for repairs to get the house ready, which is very valuable in this market when sellers don’t want or need to fix much.
When I decided to sell my home I looked around at the neighborhood to see what other people were using for their realtor and the most often signs I saw were Great Western Properties. I made sure that they were one of the three realtors I would bring in to interview before listing. Of the three they came in with the highest estimate and even beat it by 20k when we closed. I found that both Cody and Tina were great to work with and responsive throughout the whole process. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
