I Just have to say the thing that I like most is the honesty.
Dr. Carol Marshal is great. She definately knows what she is doing. I have a very hard time going for dental work because of the condition of my teeth but she doesnt pass any judgement. Plus my filling is one of the cleanest feeling fillings i have ever recieved :) thanks doc !
I just moved to Colorado Springs and it was so refreshing to find a dental office where the doctor, dental assistants and the front desk receptionist made it such a pleasant experience. I was so nervous and anxious but they all made me feel so comfortable during the whole procedure. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. The minute you walk in, it's like walking into an old western town, brilliantly done!
The Great Western Dental Escape looks like an old western town. It also has computer games for the kiddos to play while taking their minds off being at the dentist. The dreat thing about Great Western Dental Escape is the service. They are there when you need to be there. Dr. Marshal is not only a great dentist she is also decent person who is caring and understanding. You can do worse but you cant do better I know because dentists scare the ******** out of me
Best dentist I've seen. Takes the time to explain everything. And the western theme is awesome! Staff is very friendly and helpful.
My family has received dental care at this facility for 25 years. Dr. Marshall has always responded to our emergencies with great concern and provided quick appointments to accommodate our needs. She is skilled, pleasant to speak with and very fair. The office runs efficiently and on time.
I was in awe when i walked into this amazing dental office. I was like holy cow, like a kid in a toy store so amazed never saw anything like it. Plus they were so thorough i think everyone should come and see for your self this amazing place. They are good at what they do and got me in with my first visit, they are very patient and get the job done right. Im going to tell everyone.

I have gone to Dr. Marshall's practice since I was a toddler. She is always honest, cares for your teeth and you can tell it's her passion. I will never go anywhere else and recommend her to everyone!!
