Raised rates with no notice 3 months after joining
Caleb was very helpful and thorough in getting us thru the sign up process.
Store 3420 they a big sign right outside on the street that says first month it’s free and is not .. they charge me a full month when I should pay only the moving fees .. the District manager Lance Ludvigson he said can’t help with that the only thing he can it was just giving a free lock .. I believe if you have a sign saying anything they should honor me the first month free .. I end up renting the storage but I’ll try to find a better company when I get a chance .. just be aware of this signs that they just to bring costu... read more
Wow, in less than 10 minutes I had reserved and paid for my storage unit. I've used CubeSmart in the past and they have always been highly professional and available. Personally, I have horror stories about public storage and would never use them again so I'm a CubeSmart customer for life.
