I prepaid a year of storage and vacated before the end of the term. Everything was done according to their instruction, but the storage headquarter keeps telling me they can't process my refund because of my bank card rejected their processing. The storage is not an honest merchant and I would not recommend them to anyone. I suggest you never prepay because you will never see your money back.
This place is a shithole that only saves security footage for 7 days per Becky the gash in the office that was more concerned about leaving on time then looking at the camera after mywasher and dryer got stolen from my unit. John has yet to remedy or resolve this issue 6 weeks later. DO NOT RENT HERE GHETTO ASS SECURITY SYSTEM.
The staff was super friendly and it was easy to get a unit! I would recommend this little place to anyone looking for a storage solution. �
