A lot of hidden fees and not straightforward with the lock out times. Very misleading. Staff was nice. Please buy your lock. They will charge you for that. Didn't mention it when I did my purchase online. Inside storage vs outside storage rules NEED TO BE CLEAR! I was told inside units close at 530- but online it says 6pm. Not okay.
Great customer service and the price is also great. The staff is awesome
The whole team is wonderful. Tim is always very nice and keeps me updated on a procedures during the process of cleaning out my units I win in auction.
Yessi, Clarissa and Tim was so welcoming they are very nice.. Clarissa went above and beyond to make sure my storage was ready for me in a timely manner thank you guys SOO much
