I met with ******** ******* who showed me a unit, he then quickly sent me an email that included an application form and a link to make a good faith deposit which is designed to strengthen the application, after 2 days of waiting, he then says I need a guarantor, even though my salary is 200K and Im applying for a 2800/month apartment.
