I have shopped with Great Southern for a long time. The sales staff is very courteous and has a great knowledge of the product they sell. The sales people are not pushy and not in a hurry to see you leave. It seems every time I go there I see the same faces. One owner since 1978 tells me the store must be doing something right. I have recommended the store to many off my friends, and would rather shop at a locally owned small business than a nationally owned large chain.

Well, I whole-heartedly recommend Great Southern, I have been a loyal and happy customer since 1986....ALWAYS happy with the selection,quality and service Ive received, and know others with the same experience and have sent others to them.....they dont advertise much because of the faithful customers who appreciate the no commission/ hassle-free style of helping you get a good nights rest ! Ive purchjased beds from Great Southern for 20 years. First waterbeds then regular beds. They sell excellent products and the same people have been there for a long time. I had a bed delivered about 5 years ago and the same guy just delivered my new bed last week! Highly recommend Great Southern over department stores or Mathis Bros.
