Back for another “15-minute” follow-up appointment for a bp check of all things with Dr. Zotto. Was there for 2 hours!! 20 minutes in the waiting room, waiting in another room for an exam room to open up, then waiting yet again for the doctor to come in to see me. RIDICULOUS!!! Never any apologies or explanations from the staff to top it off either. If I wasn’t moving off of Long Island in a couple years, I would definitely find another doctor.
I have been going to here for 30 years. Ive always asked for Dr. Ebarb. He is a great doctor. very smart and caring. My only problem is the wait time.
I've been going to this practice for about 30 years. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. The insane rules the state has put on the doctors does make appointment waiting time a little longer - however - my doctor is always spending any time I need answering my questions. My husband who is disabled also goes here for 20 years - again, with no issues. My three children who are now too old for the pediatrician are new patients - they make their appointments and have had no complaints other than there aren't any char... read more
I know there is a new DR there, went to him, he's good. The people do NOT know what they are doing- They are like Lernaean Hydra - These people know how the office is supposed to be ran- DO IT!!! Stop taking advantage of people's time. I was seen quicker in the ER "walk in"
I have been going to this office for 1994 and have gotten the best care and the most attentive doctors since I was a kid. The doctors listen and give the time to fully explain what and why they are treating you in this way. Once when my sister was diagnosed with a rare tumor of the bladder Br. Ebarb took the time to read tome from the journals what her tumor was about, how it affected her and that there was no fear for me as far as heredity. I have been going to Dr Ebarb and Dr Burke for well over 25 years now ..I haven't had a problem with them ..they've always been good drs ..they have expanded but the care has remained the same ..if you have a problem with the way medical care has become blame the hmos the malpractice insurance and obamacare not the drs ...
