Dr. Dan and staff continue to go the extra mile to provide great care. Kind and professional dental team and administrators. Appointments run on time, and even with follow up appointments, Great Smiles continues to seem to want to earn your business and are thankful. Must be a happy place to work. Even the other people in the building were nice. They held open the door for me!
Every person at Great Smiles was professional and courteous as always. Dental Technician made cleaning a pleasant experience. With my one issue, Dr. Dan explained the problem in detail and offered several solutions allowing me to make the right decision. Would highly recommend Great Smiles.
From the minute I walked in the office everything was so nice. Greeted immediately upon arrival. Checked in and was taken care of at my scheduled appointment time. So nice for once didn't have to wait over the time I was scheduled for. Dr Dan is a consumate professional and caring provider. He's very skilled and does a great job of providing first class treatment. I receive really great dental care every time I come in. I am going to continue to get all my dental care from Dr Dan and Great Smiles.
After having a less-than-positive experience at a former dentist, I was first impressed by the level of professionalism and attention to detail I received at Great smiles. Second, I truly appreciated the warm, friendly atmosphere of all the employees who made me not only feel welcomed but a valuable member of their client list.
My son and I have been going to Dr Dan for years. His office just keeps getting better and better. (It was never bad.) From the office staff to his dental assistants and hygenists, everyone makes you feel cared for by competent professionals. 110% satisfied, totally recommend.
