I had a major issue and Dr Dan was able to make time to see me....very much appreciated on such short notice...thank u 😊
This was my first appointment and I was in need of a switch. My longtime dentist had sold her practice to a dentist who was not friendly, didn't explain why I needed to have dental work done and didn't seem to care about his patients but more about generating revenue. Dr. Dan explained my dental work in detail and made me feel comfortable and treated me as a person. Glad I made the switch!
I had a crown come out while in Arizona. I was there a month and everyone kept saying, " just go to a dentist here.". And my response, "no. I love my dentist, Dr Dan, in Illinois!!". The atmosphere is so friendly and so professional! I had been to many dentists before finally finding Dr Dan. I have been with him for several years. Great, up to date care, in a very caring environment. Give him a try. You will be so happy you will have a Great Smile on your face!
As always, the staff at Great Smiles did a great job. Elise is a super dental tech. Cleaning was very good.
I had my first appointment-new to the area-with Great Smiles dental office. Great staff. My dental tech-Lisa was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing and why. Dr. Salvatore was great too. Great explanations of my current condition and my future appointment to fix a cavity under a crown.
My 3 year old son was terrified (despite our many reassurances!) of going to the dentist. As soon as he walked into the office, he saw the fish tank and forgot his fear. The staff were all amazing with him, and made him laugh the whole time. As soon as we left, he said he couldn't wait to go back. What a relief! The dental hygienist even got him excited about flossing!!!!
Everyone here is so friendly. It is like visiting friends more than getting my teeth cleaned.
After moving to Cary at the end of 2013, I've been a regular patient at Great Smiles for the last couple of years. Dr. Dan and his staff are great. Alysse is an awewsome hygenist.The care is top notch and their concern for patients really shows. Keep up the great work!
I have been going to Dr Dan and his staff for many years and have always had not only good dental care but kind service and support from his staff. they have an excellent email system that keeps in touch with you for appointments and other needs. I highly recommend them. Diana
