I’ve been renting from Bruno Zucca for over four years now. He has always been responsive, friendly and helpful. Yes, he’s a landlord who has to abide by the laws and rental agreement and so sometimes this may not always work in the renters favor- but I’ve rented from many people in the past and having a landlord who’s actually a human being and is genuine and communicative, is SO NICE.
Bruno Zucca acted as the property manager for a house we were renting in Rollingwood. He seemed nice when he was showing us the house, but the problems started after we signed the lease and never really stopped after that. When we moved in, the house was filthy. The carpet was stained. We paid out of pocket to have the house cleaned ourselves.
