This particular dentist office has a practice of over booking OR scheduling for your children in order to make sure they maximize the amount of money intake so it’s not about the care of the dentistry for your child it’s only about the monetize value of each individual as far as ethics go this is one of the violations that I’ve noticed for anyone who is interested you can call or contact the Georgia board of dentistry to make a complaint.
the staff are soo rude.non polite...just not a pleasant environmentt....i will not be returning to take my baby there!!!
My son has been here a few times but I’m changing him to a different dentist. The staff working the back is friendly enough. The place seems like it needs a really good cleaning. Also I’ve tried calling and emailing for weeks now about a bill and cannot get in contact with anyone, by phone ,email and it won’t let me pay online. Says my payment info doesn’t match what’s on file.
It was my daughters first time and they were extremely rude and did not try to calm her down at all. She was scared and they rushed us. Actually said “we need to hurry this up”. For this to be a pediatric dentist they are not the least bit compassionate and caring. Do not recommend. Especially for a first timer.

Terrible experience, me and my child sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half waiting for treatment .The staff are unbelievably rude and the waiting room is disgusting . Wonder what is really like in the back
This has to be the worst dentist OFFICE ever. Called with an emergency yesterday was told to come in as a walk in today at 1. I drive from Dublin and when I arrive I am told, "nah we dont do walk ins thats that other place we're kinda affiliated with.." No concern at all or even asked what was wrong with my son.
