By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I normally have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work but my experience was quick and painless! To top it off, they were able to squeeze me in same day, as a new patient, and I was able to get work done right away! Would highly recommend Great Plains Dental to everyone!

The receptionist was very rude about an insurance issue. I showed her emails from work showing I had insurance and that there was a mix up. She basically doubted the fact that I had insurance even after showing her documentation. She then wouldn’t allow me to leave without having a card on file so that they could bill the entire amount if it wasn’t corrected in two days (I’ve been going here for years). So friendly and welcoming! They're staff is absolutely amazing and always friendly and smiling. Made sure they covered all the bases with me and answered any questions I had! I didn't feel rushed at all, I felt genuinely cared for and comfortable. The free whitening strips for new patients was a huge bonus. I was referred to Dr. Shultz by 3 people and he exceeded my expectations! 10/10 would recommend 😊
