I had a vehicle with rear bumper damaged repaired here. The vehicle was returned to me with misaligned body panels, a trunk lid that closed an angle to the bumper, a quarter panel that stuck out beyond the trunk and taillight, and with paint missing from edges of the bumper. They brought it back in, used touch up on the paint spots and half fixed the body panel alignment. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Great Plains. With all the over advertising that goes on with auto body repair I wasn’t as familiar this shop or their reputation. They got me in within days of making an insurance claim and had my car looking great 2 days before their estimated completion date. The whole process was smooth and easy. The front office staff was helpful friendly and had great attitudes. I would definitely use them again although I hope I never have to.
Quick and fast, they gave me my car super clean. Just wish they were open on weekends so I would have gotten my car back quicker. Super convenient they work with Enterprise.
Impeccable customer service. Everyone knew what they were talking about and could speak to all of my questions. The whole process was completely painless. The text message updates we're great and my car was done sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend Great Plains. They go above and beyond.
I appreciate how painless they made this entire process. It's so upsetting to have your car damaged in an accident, and I felt slightly lost without my car for over 2 weeks, but the repair was completed sooner than expected. It looks just as good as the day I got it. I have to go back soon to get my hubcap replaced, but that's the last piece of the puzzle. If god forbid I'm ever in another accident, I will definitely be going back to them. Thanks for such great work guys!
The people at Great Plains were fantastic to work with. They kept me updated throughout the whole repair process of my car and were available if I ever had any questions
