RecommendedI have had two vehicles fixed there now. I’ve had a Cadillac Escalade and a Chrysler 300 fixed and both were done with exceptional care. The detail on the work was amazing. There was also a beautiful lady named Latrice that made my time there smooth. She helped me get in a rental effortlessly and called when my car was done. Great Plains is the only place I will get my car fixed.

be careful i just looked over reciept they will screw your ins and acura of omaha uses them so i dont recomend either for sales or service
Great service from both the body shop team and the front desk. Far better than any auto body shop I’ve worked with in the past.
Best place to ripp you off! They took over than 6k but didn’t fix anything. Be careful!
I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Xavier, Alan, and Jack fixed my car up when I didn’t think it was possible! They make the process easy when it can be such a frustrating situation. I would recommend Emmet Street location to anyone!!
