Went in on Tuesday to get a repair estimate. On Friday when I called them, the mechanic told me the estimate wasn’t done...he forgot about it. I called back on Monday, I was told they are really busy. I called on Tuesday and left a voicemail for the manager and he finally called back on Thursday??!!?? Really...9 days later for the estimate??? No thank you. Horrible customer service!!
After a few weeks I got my car back looking better than ever! Was very pleased with their work.
I needed a small crease dent removed for a Paint-less Dent Repair. The estimate was HALF the price and half the time and looks flawless. They fixed it WHILE i waited in the waiting room for less than an hour. I have been using someone else the entire ten years we have lived here. GPAB - you have ALL of my business from now on. THANX!
We have used Great Plains Auto Body many times. They are very clear about what is involved in the repair. They work closely with State Farm Insurance. They keep you informed as to the progress of your repair and they make it as convenient as possible.
Took my 2013 Kia Forte to the Council Bluffs location for the second time recently. First time was an accident (my boyfriends fault), this time it was a hit and run while my car was sitting in front of my house. Both times, the staff was very courteous and professional. Always available to answer any questions I had and kept me updated on my car. I will always recommend Great Plains Auto to anybody who asks.
