I showed up for my scheduled appointment on 03/16. i received several notifications from them confirming my appointment on this date. I showed up on my scheduled time and the office was completely closed. i tried calling them and their voicemail is full so you cannot even leave a message. i would expect at least a call or text cancelling my appointment but they failed to do the least considerate option. will not be returning.

Since they lost their regular dentist last year, they only open on some Thursday's for a few hours. There is no way of contacting them outside of that. Don;t respond to e-mails, voice-mails or phone calls. No contact to say they were closing, cancelling appointments, or their new opening hours. Chased them for a month to try to get a crown they'd already charged me for.

They send you notices YEARS latter for asking for payment of a bill that has already been paid.

They are almost always closed. Such a hassle to find appointments or get in touch with the office.

Had a great first experience with this office. Diana did a thorough cleaning and was the perfect mix of professional while being friendly and courteous. The dentist was also very friendly, went over everything so I understood my X-rays and anything to keep an eye on. Would recommend and happy to have found a new dentist to rely on.
