More like Not So Great North. Chris Buckley is a fantastic salesman, he made Great North sound like a dream, when in reality they're a nightmare. During the 60-day onboarding period there was little to no communication with The Board. Thus they were unprepared to manage our community upon starting our contract and the welcome packet went out to owners with multiple mistakes. They are very slow at responding to requests whether it be for maintenance items or documents. They charge outrageous money for documents needed when selling a condo
