Brought my Cube for repairs and the staff were very courteous, professional and listened to your concerns on the vehicle's problem. Jorge's assistance on showing me underneath the car and major problem assures me he got my back with the repairs and making the car safe for me to drive again. He was able to assist on dropping me to my mom's and, arranged for the following day, a driver to pick me from home to Nissan once the repairs on the car were completed. I bought my first Nissan Rogue from great Neck Nissan in 2014 and I have been going back there for service even though I now live in Suffolk. I just went back and upgraded my car and i got the most exceptional service from sales consultant Alex Rodriguez - he never pushed me to agree to anything, and made sure I got the right car for my needs.
