My overall experience with Great Neck Nissan was Awesome!!
Worst dealership ever for so many reason. Regardless of what service you are getting done expect at least 1-2 hours longer then they say. It takes them 20-30 minutes just to process you when you drop your car off and then another 20-30 for them to bring the car around after you pay, even though they tell you the car was ready hours ago. Never call back when I call them. But are quick to call frequently offering to sell me a new car with mine as a trade in. Several times I asked for washer fluid to be added. I had a bad experience turn to a great experience because of the terrific staff and especially, Frank, Sal, Adolfo and Wilson. I was taken care of like family and treated with respect and the utmost professionalism.
