I loved this place until they closed and didn’t notify their customers. I went in to get an oil change about 2 weeks ago and they said they would reopen in 5 days. I went there today and see they are closed so I drove over to star nissan and they were the ones to inform me that they were closed! Smh I’m regretting starting a new lease with Nissan!!!!

I have been a Nissan fan for many years all my cars are Nissan. This by far is the best dealership I have ever been to from the sales dept. To the service dept. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and happy they call you with a reminder and call afterwards to make sure you had a great experience. I would highly recommend Great Neck Nissan to all my friends family and Co workers. Keep up the good work !!!
