Bummer, they are now out of business, they did a great job on our wood blinds and black out liner blinds in 2004... so bummed!

It would be hard to imagine a more professional company than Great Looks. When I first called Nathan, my call was returned in 15 minutes. He answered all my questions. As this was a new house under construction, I kept him in the loop as to the progress. When we were able to let him take measurements, he was on time and very efficient. He estimated a delivery date but actually brought them in over 2 weeks ahead of his original timeframe. Ten years after installing shutters throughout my entire house, Nathan enthusiastically came back out to replace a shutter for me with the same care and concern he had on day one :) Could not ask for better customer service!
