Dr. Stacy knows his stuff. I liked the way he spent time and customized the adjustment to my size and issue as an athlete. I miss having him for adjustments since I am not longer in the area. Over 20+ years of competing, he has been the best and truly helped.
First real injury of my lifting career — a strained chest tendon from bench pressing — and Dr. Stacy handled it better than I could have hoped. Back to lifting heavy in about a month. His approach goes beyond just treating the injury; the focused soft tissue work paired with mobility and PT exercises made a noticeable difference in how fast I recovered. Fully back to 100% now, but I’m still coming in once a month because at this point it’s just good practice. Highly recommend.

Dr Stacy fixed my knee pain that was disabling me from most leg movements and especially squats at the gym. After just a couple weeks of sessions and a custom warmup routine, I was strong enough to squat pain free!
