Emily and her staff are very welcoming. She does a great job in explaining what to expect and what the procedure will be. I appreciate how much knowledge she has about skin cancer and taking preventative measures for it.
Great experience with Emily Hedley and staff at Great Lakes Plastic Surgery. Even though each appointment has a time limit I felt comfortable asking questions but never felt “rushed out the door”. I highly recommend them for all of your dermatology and skin care needs!
Dr. Smith has saved my life more than once now due to complications after mastectomies. He and the whole staff are so friendly! They truly care. I miss you all and can't wait until I see you again for my fourth and final surgery!!
Dr . Smith, I can not say enough good things about him! To go from the depression and anxiety of a double mastectomy to the amazing work he did at recreating both breasts. I am so happy with the results. He is amazing and a miracle maker. As for the staff, also amazing. So friendly and they never make you feel uncomfortable or a bother with the million questions I ask. I would never even think of going to another PS. Thank you so much for all of you being so great!
